Features:
- Screw the plastic lock nut onto the anchor bolt: Take the plastic lock nut and screw it onto the anchor bolt in the direction indicated (likely clockwise). Ensure it is securely attached but not overtightened at this stage.
- Insert the anchor bolt through the flange hole: Insert the anchor bolt through the hole in the flange (the pipe fitting on the floor). The plastic lock nut should hold the bolt in place from below.
- Align the bolts and tighten the lock nut: Align the bolts so they are straight and properly positioned. Hand tightens the plastic lock nut to secure the bolt. Press down the pin to ensure the anchor expands and grips the flange securely.
- Install the bowl and align the bolts: Carefully place the toilet bowl over the flange, aligning the bolts with the holes in the base of the toilet. Ensure the bowl is level and properly seated.
- Place rubber washers on the bolt: Depending on the height of the bolt protruding from the toilet base, place one or two white rubber;washers onto the bolt. This helps to stabilize the toilet and prevent leaks.
- Screw the bolt cap onto the bolt: Attach the bolt cap to the bolt and hand-tighten it. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, as this could crack the toilet base or damage the flange.
NOTE: Suitable for 5/16” to 23/64” width flange hole.
