The Specialty Diamond GB1M Glass Grinding Bit (3/4" × 80 grit) is designed for stock removal, shaping, profiling, and edge preparation in glass, stained glass, tile, stone, and other hard materials. With its medium 80-grit surface and large 3/4" diameter, it balances fast material removal with smoother finishing, making it versatile for shaping and detail work on larger workpieces. The bit is built from a single-piece brass body that resists fatigue cracking during high RPM use and vibration. A specialized bonding process secures multiple layers of diamond for extended wear life and consistent results. Uniform diamond bonding minimizes chipping and provides clean, accurate performance when working with thin or delicate materials.
