With its extra-fine 200-grit surface, it provides maximum control and the smoothest finish, making it ideal for intricate designs, delicate edges, and final polishing work. The bit is built from a single-piece brass body that resists fatigue cracking during high RPM use and vibration. A specialized bonding process secures multiple layers of diamond for extended wear life and consistent performance. Uniform diamond bonding reduces chipping and protects thin or fragile materials during fine finishing.
