The Specialty Diamond GB1E Glass Grinding Bit (1/4" × 80 grit) is designed for stock removal, shaping, profiling, and edge preparation in glass, stained glass, tile, stone, and other hard materials. With its medium 80-grit surface, it balances efficient material removal with smoother finishing, making it ideal for both shaping and detail work in smaller areas. The bit is made from a single-piece brass body that resists fatigue cracking during high RPM use and vibration. A specialized bonding process secures multiple layers of diamond for extended wear life and consistent results. Uniform diamond bonding minimizes chipping and provides cleaner results when working on delicate or thin materials. This bit mounts with a universal arbor and set screw design that fits 0.312" (7.92 mm) spindles, making it compatible with Inland grinders, WIZ, Super WIZ, Wizling CG, Wizard IV, Impulse, WIZ CG, and other popular grinder systems.
