The Specialty Diamond GB1A Glass Grinding Bit (1/8" × 80 grit) is designed for shaping, profiling, and edge preparation in glass, stained glass, tile, stone, and other hard materials. With its small 1/8" diameter and medium 80-grit surface, it combines efficient material removal with smoother finishes, making it well-suited for precision shaping and detail grinding in tight spaces. The bit is made from a single-piece brass body that resists fatigue cracking during high RPM use and vibration. A specialized bonding process secures multiple layers of diamond for extended wear life and consistent performance. Uniform diamond bonding minimizes chipping and provides accurate results when working with thin or delicate materials.
