9766 Mortising Table Top

The MLCS 9766 Mortising Table is designed to convert the MLCS 9767 Horizontal Router Table into a controlled mortising and tenoning system for accurate joinery. The sliding platform provides full X and Y axis movement across the work area so mortises and tenons can be positioned precisely during routing. The table mounts into the 9767 T-tracks using a perpendicular aluminum support frame, and the mortising platform slides within vertical T-tracks beneath it to allow smooth two direction travel. Depth of cut is controlled by moving the table forward or backward toward the router plate while four adjustable hold down clamps secure the workpiece firmly in place. Included 90 degree and 45 degree stop locks allow accurate alignment for straight and angled mortising operations. Built with a 3/4 inch thick MDF sliding table reinforced by aluminum T-tracks, this accessory provides stable and repeatable performance for edge mortising, end mortising, and precision tenon work.
