The MLCS 9625 Cast Iron Router Table Extension is designed to mount between 27-inch table saw rail systems to create a rigid and integrated routing platform. It expands routing capability by providing a full 27 inch by 16-inch machined cast iron surface that supports controlled edge routing, jig use, and repeatable stock positioning. The 1-3/4-inch-thick cast iron top weighs approximately 50 pounds and is machined flat to maintain stability and reduce vibration during routing operations. A 3/8-inch-thick aluminum plate with locking ring system, L-aluminum split fence with adjustable MDF subfences, dual-direction measuring scales, and 2-1/2-inch dust port integrate surface control, cutter clearance adjustment, and dust management into one unified system. Designed for permanent installation and compatible with MLCS router lift systems, this extension delivers stable and repeatable routing performance for cabinet shops and serious woodworking applications.
