Makita DX14 Dust Extractor Attachment with HEPA Filter Cleaning Mechanism, GRH02

The Dust Extractor Attachment with HEPA Filter Cleaning Mechanism (DX14) is for use with 40V max XGT® Brushless 1-1/8" AVT® Rotary Hammer, with Interchangeable Chuck (GRH02 sold separately). The Dust Extractor is OSHA Table 1 compliant for Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica and includes an efficient HEPA filtration system that captures 99.97% of particulates .3 microns and larger, it also includes a filter cleaning mechanism designed to help maintain optimum suction efficiency. It is powered by a separate motor allowing the rotary hammer to consistently maintain peak drilling performance. A two-stage extractor extension allows drilling up to 3-1/2", a maximum of 7-1/2" deep, and up to 1-1/8" diameter holes.

Convenience features include a transparent dust container that provides needed visibility in determining container fullness and a built-in dual L.E.D. light with an independent on/off switch that illuminates the work area. A depth stop adjustment allows for setting the accurate drilling depth.
