The Makita 5" Dual Rotation, Rapid Load Bump & Feed Trimmer Head (1911Y3-7) is for use with the 40V max XGT® 18" Dual Rotation, High Torque String Trimmer (GRU07, sold separately). The Rapid Load Bump & Feed Trimmer Head utilizes a lock nut that holds the trimmer head in place for two-way clockwise or counterclockwise rotation for less grass on sidewalks (lock nut sold separately). The 1911Y3-7 features three easy steps to load line into bump and feed trimmer head: align, feed, twist. The Trimmer Head allows the user to load line in seconds and includes 13’ of .105” twist trimmer line.
