The Hydro Handle HHPBIT 8 mm Electroplated Diamond Pilot Bit is engineered to deliver accurate pilot holes in tile, glass, quartz, marble and other hard materials. Its pilot tip guides larger diamond hole saws into position, so every cut starts straight and clean. The electroplated diamond coating provides a sharp cutting edge that reduces chip-out and protects brittle surfaces during drilling. Engineered side holes improve cooling and clear slurry away from the edge, while the lathed one-piece steel body resists stress and vibration under high RPM use. The drill bit achieves maximum speed and life in water-feed setups while also providing dependable results in dry drilling when required. Designed with an 8 mm round shank, it fits universally in 3/8" and 1/2" drills for direct compatibility on the jobsite.
