The Hydro Handle HH316BIT 3/16" Electroplated Diamond Bit is designed for precision drilling of small holes in tile, glass, quartz, marble and other hard materials. This bit is ideal for installing anchors, fittings and hardware where accuracy is critical. The electroplated diamond coating provides a sharp cutting edge that reduces chip-out and protects brittle surfaces during drilling. Engineered side holes improve cooling and flush slurry away from the cutting edge, while the lathed one-piece steel body resists stress and vibration under high RPM use. The bit performs best when paired with water for cooling and dust suppression, yet it also supports controlled dry drilling when required. Designed with an 8 mm round shank, it fits universally in 3/8" and 1/2" drills for direct compatibility on the jobsite.
