How It’s Used
1. Plug in the knife to a standard 110V outlet and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
2. Hold the frame firmly and position the heated blade along the top edge of the capped honeycomb.
3. Glide the knife downward in a smooth motion to slice through the wax capping's, exposing the honey cells.
4. Repeat on both sides of the frame, then place the uncapped frame into your honey extractor for processing.
