This comprehensive kit includes four templates: 70131 1” x 2-1/4” A Latch Template, 70133 1-1/8” x 2-1/4” B Latch Template, 70132 1” x 2-1/4” A Strike Template, and 70134 1-1/8” x 2-3/4” B Strike Template. These templates are designed to create precise mortises for latch and strike plates, ensuring a smooth and accurate fit on doors and jambs. Once secured, remove the locator and route the mortise using a 5/8” router template guide and a 1/2” mortising bit.
