The Big Horn 18416 Deluxe Zero Clearance Table Saw Insert is designed to improve cut quality and workpiece control, on Delta-style saws and other compatible models with a 3-3/4" x 13-3/8" opening. By eliminating the gap between the blade and the insert, it helps reduce tear-out, prevent offcut drop-through, and provide better support for small or fragile stock. This insert is ideal for fine cuts in veneers, melamine, and hardwoods, and is also compatible with dado blades. Its dense construction minimizes vibration and helps reduce sawdust ejection through the opening of the insert, keeping your workspace cleaner and safer. It fits a wide range of saws including Compatibility With "Delta, Powermatic #63, Grizzly" and many imports. Constructed from high-density rigid PVC for a stable, vibration-resistant platform that maintains flatness and withstands repeated cutting and heavy use. Includes leveling screws, an Allen key, and a rear stabilizing pin for a secure fit and smooth operation.
